Thank you. I will give this complaint to the inspector for follow up. For the purpose of clarity, is this two complaints, one for the corner lot on Nonotuck and Cap'n Mac, and then the tree belt area that is kind of sloped on Nonotuck?

I think so. The issue with the corner lot is someone's private yard. The other issue is the entirety of Nonotuck Ave from Cap'n Mac St. to South St.

The reinspection date is April 10th.

The lot is now overgrown as usual so much trash is not seen. The green belt around this lower property is totally ignored by the property owner. The grass on Nonotuck Ave. is like 2 ft. high.

It seems they have decided to bring in a landscaping firm to cut down all the trees on the lot. Now it looks like the target of a military attack. The green belt, amazingly, still has 3 foot weeds on it. I have no idea what that's about but maybe they intend to build something on the lot.
