Description
Please return to Dwight Street between Edgewood and Chapel and actually plow the snow to the curb on the odd side of the street. If the city enforces residents to park on the even side of the street during a snow storm, then I fully expect the street to be plowed to the curb on the odd side where there are no parked cars. It would be difficult for an EMS vehicle or a fire truck to pass around cars on the street with how little plowing has occurred. Also please treat the street with salt and sand.

Agreed, this part of Dwight was not plowed well at all - especially the odd side of the street. There is no where to park. I even attempted to shovel a spot on my own to no avail, a plow is required to move this snow. I have been forced to park on Howe St. Luckily, I work from 7a - 7p, which hasn't resulted in issues thus far, however, this weekend will not enable me to park without being either ticketed or paying an unreasonable amount of parking meter fees. Additionally, there was just an issue of No Parking Ban on Howe starting next Monday through Friday for sewer repairs, which creates an issue of using Howe as a resident beyond the weekend problem.
If The City is having such a difficult time clearing snow for resident areas, even AFTER people have complied with parking on the even side so the odd side could be plowed, then The City should wave meters, lots, or garages interim of adequate plowing in these areas.
Between Edgewood and Chapel on Dwight is a small stretch of road, with limited parking - there are a lot of dense resident building. Parking is going to be even more of an issue with Yale returning from Spring Break this weekend.
