Yes, they frequently disappear for days using the cargo truck (CA license # 4C50747) and then come back, usually with more "collections" that they then unload from the truck and store under tarps on Claremont Avenue under the freeway overpass (between Hudson Street and Claremont Avenue off-ramp). I don't understand why the city of Oakland doesn't do something about this illegal "storage" of items? The campers have been been doing this for close to a year now and the citizens keep complaining but with no results. Please respond and clear this illegal storage pile!
