Description
This is a one side street parking but people are parking on the other side of the street that says "NO PARKING ANY TIME" there is no enforcement of that sign.The meter person seldom comes by and do not enforce it.
This causes for the flow of traffic to stop both directions because there is no place to move your car when there is another car coming on the opposite direction. People end up fighting because they don't want to back up. In addition that cars stop in the middle of the street to talk to the people that sells drugs and hang around that area.
No one seems to be paying attention to this issue but when someone gets shot for not backing away from the flow of traffic.
