Description

At the JLAC building 115 Embarcadero there is a leak in bay 3 of the boathouse. This has been leaking for a long time and there is no mold growing on the ceiling of the building in several places. The league also has disabled the alarm system as it is dripping directly onto the alarm sensor in bay 3. Additionally the gutters they won need to be cleaned or repaired as there's just a water bottle of water right in front of the door that makes it difficult to access the day for use of the boats
