Description

Some utility work was done at the corner of Robinson and Erin Garth several months ago. The contractor dug in the narrow strip between sidewalk and curb and did not stabilize the area afterward. The area now consists of reddish clay-like soil that is above the level of the sidewalk and curb. Some red silt has been collecting in the gutter leading to a storm drain at the end of Erin Garth
