There are no speed limit signs posted along Brook Street between 30th St and Broadway. There are speed bumps on this street, but no speed limit signs. It is a half residential, half industrial street. The industrial/business traffic constantly speed down the street and then slam on their brakes at the speed bumps. It is not safe for the residential folks! I have seen other residential streets with speed bumps AND speed limit signs that say 15 miles per hour.
