Hello, this issue should be reopened. I would like for it to be expedited to a manager or director.
The mattress is still there now laying on the ground from the wind storm and rain. The employee who said they picked up the twin sized bed mattress at the rear of 1502 Claiborne St, RVA did not tell the truth. It was laying in the alley blocking traffic someone moved it out of the alley. It is now laying on the ground wet and a harbor for bugs.
