I believe this is the issue of record for numerous issues that all point back to this one. Please address the rising safety issue of permanent encampments completely blocking the sidewalk. Myself and multiple pedestrians are being forced to walk in the street - an obvious safety hazard.

Issue is still present and growing. Please address.
