Description
Can someone please talk to the principal about asking school buses to pull over and not block the entire width of South Water St. during the day? The red lights were not on and it was not arrival/dismissal time. The buses are sitting in the middle of the street with the drivers talking on their phones. They refuse to move when politely asked to so you can not get by on the opposite side of the road.
