Description

Property is owned by Albany Housing. They have a litter guy but he ignores this area (I assume) because a tree line seperates 94 North Swan from their greenspace on the SW corner of 1st and N. Swan (which is beautiful and well maintained) making it appear to be part of my property at 96 N. Swan. Police have rung my bell and asked me about it, I spoke to AHA maintenance and they incorrecty stated that area was not theirs. Yesterday I gave map and tax documents to an AHA employee who was on my street showing that the litter is all over 94 N Swan lot and that Albany Housing is listed as the owner. I will help keep it litter free if their guy hits it on his rounds also. Thank You
