The receptacle is full and there is a full trash bag tied to it. Why is anyone able to tie a full bag to an overflowing container? Because there is no attendant.

There are at least 4 or 5 containers with a full bag tied to them.
From? The food vendors?

These are all different receptacles. All full with another full bag tied to them. Trash on the walkway. This looks bad on the city. This area should shine - not good for tourism or locals.

Thats disgusting. All the trash blowing around and into the river is unacceptable. This city wants to be a big city then plan appropriately. We need attendents 7 days a week especially in the nice weather. Thanks Larry.

People write about this trash issue on a bi-weekly basis. It doesn't appear like the city is doing anything to amend this situation. That area is only going to get more crowded as the weather gets nicer, its a shame the city is not attending to the upkeep.
