Newly installed "tenants" are already on high volume drug sales mode. Systematically for the last 4 tenants, each and every new tentant group are drug mules for the Chinese corporation landlords drug/laundering/prostitution empire. Every day, at least 10 drug pickups and drop offs are made from the front porch or out of the trunk of a car in the front. The sit on the porch with guns and play "kill the police" music.
