The potholes are still all over the right lane just in front of the new concrete on the offramp/onramp from 201E to 215S. The ones that bent BOTH of my motorcycle rims and nearly caused a loss of control have only gotten bigger since this report and there is no filler to prevent it from happening again. Please have someone address this before an unsuspecting motorcyclist gets hurt because I had to swerve around them all again today.

I'm sorry but you closed this 4 hours ago. I drove through them all again not quite 3 hours ago and it's still a minefield with no signs of patching. If the resolution is to ignore the issue and let someone else damage their vehicle then I suppose more people will have to file claims. Otherwise, they haven't gone anywhere and are still very much a hazard.

We drove through here yesterday and now have a damaged rim on our car and have to buy a new one. Where do we file a claim to cover our loss?

TG - call the UDOT Safety and Risk Control Coordinator (801-620-1603) and he'll send you the form. They'll require 2 damage estimates and a copy of your vehicle registration. You may have better luck simply due to the fact that this was reported a month ago and they have yet to act on it.
