Thank you for your concern, this issue has been received by our department. We will look into this issue further and report back to you.

We have cleaned the catch basins at this location, and we have used a jet rod to try and break through what appears to be a blockage. It appears that we will need utilize alternative methods to clear the pipe. We will continue to work on this until it has been repaired.

The broken drain line has been repaired. We just need to vactor/clean the drain line
