No one will take responsibility for this fence. The City blames the State, and the State blames the city. It's a money issue. Money that is supposed to be spend on these kinds of things has been misdirected and is no longer available.

Courtney L What's the word? This is ridiculous. The fence is completely down in at least one area. If someone gets hurt climbing on this thing, the City will get sued. Someone needs to step up here.

I think the best course of action after all these months would be to contact the mayor's office. There are many in the city who have the power to say no, we need to reach someone with the power to say yes.

It's such blight in this neighborhood. That's just too bad for the people that have a home along south regatta; to have to see this fence everyday must be upsetting. It tells a story about the city too. Instead of fixing this fence, vallejo does things like put a park in Glen Cove down by the water and everything I see down there is negative. People constantly peeling out in cars, smoking and drinking, and trash. Some things are better left alone, but not this fence.

I was the second person to move into the Pointe Development about 28 years ago. When these properties were originally sold there was no fence and the whole area looked better. Now the streets are crumbling. We had a water main break several months ago and are still waiting for the city to finish the work and pave over the hole they dug. The LMD fees have gone sky high but the money is never spent to fix what it was supposed to fix. It is time voters in Vallejo take back their city from the devastating Public Employee Unions who have taken over the will of Politicians at the expense of constituents.
