To provide further specifics to the location (as it usually isn't listed on GPS or even Google Maps), Service Rd can be found between Stevens Avenue and Van Nostrand, much closer to Stevens Ave. It runs from the rear of 340 Stevens Avenue (Service Rd + West Side) to the rear of 298 Stevens Avenue, where it turns right and meets up with Stevens Avenue proper between 298 and 290 Stevens Avenue.

I have provided a map from Google Earth which should clearly label where Service Road is.

I understand this is a tertiary road that's not even listed on Google Maps, so it may have been ignored for years. Additionally, should the city choose to repave this road, it would need to notify all residents because they would need to find alternate areas of parking/transportation during the time repaving is done since the garages of the houses from 340-298 Stevens all open up to Service Road.

We have added this section to our potential list of roads for this year's Road Program. We will be compiling this list and then grading each road by it's condition at a later date.
