They cant read the sign?

Wow!! So government should be held accountable? Like government agents could be held to the same laws as ordinary citizens? Wasn't that a notion inspired by an elderly, feeble and archaic charter dating back to 12th century England called the Magna Carta Charter? Is this still even taught in our elementary schools now? Some things just never change even though all around us nature evolves as does societies yet some people just cant change their stripes hmmmm.
