This is actually between 265-267 the limb is dangling between the street tree and the houses. It is tangled in the phone and or cable wires.

Confirmed that these are cable wires and Comcast refuses to do anything about it because they don't "trim" trees.

This is a city tree. The broken branch has been in the wires since the big storms. Who is supposed to get it out? If the homeowner does it and the wires come down then they'll be a lot of trouble from Comcast and possibly AT&T.
