The Department of Public Works Highway Division has received this request and will investigate. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

After investigation we found that the roadway is flat with little slope in this area. Part of the issue is the high utility trench trapping storm water in this area. We will contact the proper utility company to have the trench repaired. This may not totally remedy the issue but should help.
