Description

In the early morning before 6 am, the traffic light at Atlantic and New Hope Church Road stops traffic on Altantic when there are no cars on New Hope Church Road and stays red for a long time before changing to green for a short time before the cycle continues. I reported the same problem at this intersection on 11-9-16, it stayed this way for months then was fixed for a couple of weeks and is now broken again delaying Atlantic traffic for no reason.
