Very dangerous abandoned house 3904 Drake AVE

What needs to be done to get the inside checked then? No one has lived in the house for over 10 years. The outside trim is falling OFF. VERY dangerous. Something has to be dead on the inside for the smells???????? Can you get warrant to go in? The owner only visits twice a year to trim grass to keep city off him. He never goes inside!!!! Boards are on back door and windows. He came when got notice to trim trees to remove boards on front only. Something needs to be done ASAP. Thinking its a snake hole? Kids walk by there to school. He owns SEVERAL houses on Drake. He needs to be held accountable. Thank you for your help!!!!

There is no occupant in this house. The owner don't even go in when trims yard only twice a year. He trimmed in Oct then this past weekend. Will not be back

Also trees in back yard have falling limbs. BROKE neighbors fence. Still there. PIctures can be attached. You can see huge limbs that are broke in his trees. Waiting to fall

Also this person owns SEVERAL houses on Drake Ave. ALL are awful shape, Hopefully this will get him to fix up ALL of them.

The owner DOES not live at this address. He owns 5 houses on Drake and 20 total in the city. ALL of they have same issues. I have all his info name & address if you can tell me who to get it to. But the smell needs to be checked out?

We also know who the owner is, but we still cannot enter the premise without his permission.

The terrible smell is not even a community health or animal welfare issue that should be investigated?

Not to be macabre but someone could be dead in there. Wouldn't be the first time a junkie used an abandoned house and Overdosed

I was really asking, Huntsville. If citizens smell something horrible or suspect someone is dead inside a home, can City of Huntsville officials enter the premises without the owner's permission?

Attention mayor's office. Can you get the right city bureaucrat to investigate the smell?

CRO Officer responded to 3904 Drake. He spoke with the resident at 3902 Drake. There were no smells, but the back yard is overgrown. The house is secured. Currently, it appears to be an abandoned home that the owner only performs maintenance that the city forces him to do.
