When will this be fixed or added to the schedule?

Upon investigation, the reported issue was found to be with private stormwater infrastructure. Such drainage systems are not maintained by the City and are the responsibility of the property owner. There is no work for the City to schedule in response to this request.

Thanks for confirming a prioritized work order is in place for the issue. Will I be notified when it will be fixed? Or approximate timeline for the queue to get it fixed? That would be very helpful.

Please refer to the first response made by Dunwoody Public Works (Verified Official). The message stating that a prioritized work had been created for this issue was made due to a system error.
