Just got off the phone with Asst City Attorney Kristin Larcom. Case is now in federal court (!) and our building inspector is working out how to secure the roof. She's happy to explain if folks want to give her a ring. We are all frustrated.

They tried very hard, but property owner is so tenacious and he appealed ruling to federal court! Hoping for a bolt of lighting that scorches it ; ) the complaints do matter though--squeaky wheel. Thanks for caring about our community.
