Someone took the time to make the ugly lettering originally painted on the fence more aesthetic- a "cover up" tattoo rendered in a tribal pattern (possibly South Pacific Islander) was painted some time recently to make the graffiti more palatable. It worked. I find it makes our neighborhood appear much less like a ghetto and more like someone experimental art project, just underway! I thought may be sanding with a motorized hand sander would have removed the offending paint, but I am open to creative suggestions. See updated photo.

Very funny:) It think it was a purple person with green spots and a rainbow striped backside who made the painting!
