Underground broken water pipe. It's spreading across a wide area of the street from beneath.
The temporary repairs done years ago to the already ancient water pipes, has failed. This has great potential on becoming a large SINKhole.
This a problem that could be fixed before serious damage occurs. Please repair before it's to late and beyond a simple fix.
