  Animal Control will send a barking letter to the residence advising them that we have received a complaint and educating them about the laws pertaining to pets. If this letter does not result in resolution please follow the process for filing an affidavit of complaint regarding the barking, here is a link to that for your convenience http://www.aacounty.org/departments/animal-control/forms-and-publications/Affidavit-Complaint.pdf , the affidavit process allows us to take enforcement action based on violations of the law witnessed by citizens.
