This is my THIRD report on the same issue. The pile keeps growing on both sides of the street. On 146 Springside side of the street, FOUR TIRES HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE PILE OF BLACK PLASTIC BAGS AND COUCHES.
On the opposite side of the street where the parks department has cut the grass, the couch which was in the high grass is still there with large pieces of wood.
IT IS JUST ENCOURAGING MORE DUMPING THE LONGER IT TAKES THE CITY TO PICK UP THAT WHICH HAS BEEN REPORTED TIME AFTER TIME, WEEK AFTER WEEK. CHANNEL 3 WFSB HAS ALREADY BEEN IN ON THIS STORY ONCE.

LAST WEEK I MADE A NEW REPORT AS THERE IS NEW ILLEGAL DUMPING ON THE EVEN SIDE OF THE STREET AGAIN JUST PAST 146 SPRINGSIDE DRIVEWAY.
IT HAS BEEN A WEEK ALREADY AND DUMPED ITEMS, A DRESSER AND CABINET ARE STILL THERE.!!!!!!!
I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY IT TAKES SO LONG FOR IT TO BE PICKED UP AS CITY TRUCKS GO BY HERE ON A DAILY BASIS AND NOT PICKING IT UP ONLY ENCOURAGES MORE DUMPING.

ODDLY ENOUGH THOSE WERE PICKED UP.
I DONT KNOW WHAT HAS TO BE DONE BUT IN THE PAST CHANNEL 3 HAS BEEN CONTACTED AND OUR ALDERPERSON HAS BEEN AND WILL AGAIN WILL BE CONTACTED AS WELL.
I FEEL THAT MANY TIMES THE REPORTS I PUT IN ARE NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED OR IGNORED.
I HAVE PUT IN A COMPLAINT AT LEAST THRER TIMES FOR HIGH GRASS IN THE AREA ACROSD FROM 90 - 146 SPRINGSIDE WHICH AS BEEN GROWING FOR 2 YEARS!!! WITHOUT BEING CUT AND IT IS NOW GROWING UP AND COVERING THE SIGNS AND TELEPHONE POLES. I HAVE ALSO PUT ON ABOUT A BLIGHTED FALLING DOWN BARN AT 59 HARD STREET WHICH WAS HIT NY A CAR OVER TWO YEARS AGO AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
WE TRY TO KEEP OUR NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN BUT I FEEL WE ARE FIGHTING A LOSING BATTLE AND BEING IGNORED. ALSO NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT INCREASED TRAFFIC ON OUR STREET OR THE TIMING OF THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS ON THE CORNERS OF SPRINGSIDE AND BLAKE AND VALLEY AND BLAKE AS I HAVE REPORTED NUMEROUS TIMES. CHECK MY PAST REPORTS.!!!!!

On the even number side of Springside after 146, the futniture has been there now for 3 weeks.
City trucks and park department trucks many with more than one person in them go by here more thsn one time a day. On occasion they also mow the grass on the park property but leave whatever has been dumped there. I have even questioned them about that.
The high grass issue opposite 90 - 146 has been at least 2 years in the making now and the dilapidated barn at 59 Hard Street is also 2 years in the making.
That is why I feel we are not listened to and I am so frustrated with sending anything into see, click, fix.
Yesterday I sat at the light on SPRINGSIDE and Blake for 5 minutes as the 3rd car in line as the line grew behind me. The light never changed to green for us but recycled twice for cars on Blake Street. First car in line was going left. When he sat thete for all that time he finally decided to go right instead. I think not only that the light needs to be adjusted but the camera showing the presence and number of cars on Springside should be adjusted also.
Perhaps there should be a traffic survey of Springside, Blake, Farnham and Wintergreen Ave area. The amount of traffic and big trucks going up and down Springside often speeding and big trucks hitting utility wires has become alarming and unsafe.
