The street lights on Richards Place in front of house 115 and all other light needs to be brighter. The neighborhood is too dark at night. There is not much activity in the area but some time we have some broken windows on the cars.Also there is a big tree in from of 115 Richards that all the neighbor are agree that the city need to cut that tree. like today that is windy small dry branches are on the street and on top of some cars. the street need to be asphalt and the sidewalk need to be fix we need the city help and the public of west haven to keep our street save and in good shape that's why we pay some high taxes.
