Issue acknowledged assigning to ROW - Streets

Per Streets Maintenance Manager: Streets investigated this issue and found it not to be a patch but where there was some crack filling done. There is a little sag in the pavement but we have no utilities in this area - issue closed.

FYI. This Sag is getting worse. More than one area. Not sure if it should ve evaluated before winter.

This issue was recategorized from Pothole to Capital improvements and long-term projects.

We had a pretty big frost heave in that area a couple of years ago, and I believe this is the by-product of that. It is not dangerous, and is not causing any damage to vehicles, it is just an imperfection of the road surface. It will be put on a repair list. Per Assistant Director ROW
