Constituent at 55 Frenchtown Rd is reporting incessant noise coming from the rear of her property, possibly from 71 Park Drive, for the last several weeks. Mrs. Leddo is terminally ill and is being disturbed by the sound which I can hear over the phone. Please contact her at 203-374-9163. Is this noise complaint a Zoning issue or other?
