Description
The removal of the temporary repair to hole in fence. This is caused by the homeless living along side the so called protected wet lands called by the Riverside Flood Control. Vector control was not allowed in to control Misquotes they carry viruses that can kill us but they allow the homeless to live next to the water drainage and cause $1000 s of dollars of damage that we have to continue to pay for? I don't get it
