There are coils of wire hanging from a utility pole down to the ground. The pole is on 59th St between 76th Ave N and 77th Ave N on the east side of the street. It is directly opposite the entrance to the parking lot for the PP Police Station. The wire has been hanging for weeks, and apparently workers move it to mow. I think something needs to be done to get the wire out of there.
