Description

The Harbor/Railroad exit westbound is always backed-up now. I'm not sure if there were adjustments made to the traffic light, but I notice that there is always a line to exit now. I've been commuting that way for years, and it's never been this bad. Is there a way to take a look at the settings for that particular traffic light? I've sat at that exit for 10-15 minutes almost every day.
