Long standing problems at this address that have been previously reported to the city multiple times. I am leaving the info here to inform my less apathetic neighbors & make them aware of this horrific building that is a risk to our health & safety. Drug sales, drug use, violent fights, noise, reckless driving, derelict cars that sit for months before addressed. This picture was taken months ago, & the building has continued to decline, its worse now. At this point, people should not be living in it, especially young children. The people who have allowed this to fester for so long should be ashamed of themselves. It's obscene & disgraceful. If you live in the Grant Mahoney park area, this monstrosity is impacting your quality of life.
