As a neighbor I am sick of this property clearing out waterfront flora and fauna. I also see they are building internal structures, including pluming, sewage etc and wonder their permitting process.

I do want the activities on 240 Kirkley rd affecting my own home.

I do not know if its grading or building violations, but I am concerned if one day they decide to build a building infant of my property.
