13th street needs to street cleaning. Every night we move our cars to the opposite side and only sometimes does the street cleaning truck come. I've seen it 4 times and it just drives down the street--- never cleaning with the brushes on the side of the street. The next morning it is just as dirty. This is not fair. We pay lots of Oakland taxes. Please remember to really clean 13th street too!
