There's garbage outside the fence as well, which been led to believe is the jurisdiction of the city, the garbage is in front of 818-826 Pine St. There is also an issue with 830 Pine St. Graffiti, the building is not secured, garbage filth, people crashing there, needles and so forth are found on the ground, where young kids walk!!!
Thanks
I put a chain and lock, somebody cuts it next day. Tweeker dude on bmx bike having fun back there, also tapping into City fire main{OUR DRINKING WATER}. Also Caltrans sound wall is missing doors, they have been cut open and people setting up tweek/camp back there.
This is what happens when laws are not enforced the tweekers and street zombies have what they want free will and just about free everything else. The rest us would be in jail. Zero enforcement = zero consequences.
Totally agree with you David, It's unfortunate. If i park my car on the wrong side of the street during street sweeping days its a ticket. But some other folk's get to park there vehicle's with no consequence for months. It makes no sense, Oakland trying to stop illegal dumping and then other's with stolen shopping carts and mountains of trash. It's really become a public health hazard, blocking sidewalk's etc..The politics of Oakland never cease to amaze me. How about a class action ADA lawsuit against the city for allowing sidewalks to be blocked/taken over, how are those with disabilities supposed to navigate? Frustrating citation...I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels this way.
