Loitering by a group of people and blocking the street. There is a no loitering sign. The people all wear white t shirts and are too old to be running a lemonade stand although they do appear to have lounge chairs and beach umbrellas set up for their comfort while they ignore the No Loitering signs. Neighbors say they are selling drugs. What???!!' I am sure the city police could stop that!

Install more no loitering signs
Install more streetlights
Have housing inspections come cite the negligent landlords to make repairs to their property
Have social services make visits to each house that has children living with drug dealers and in substandard housing
The work order on this block can go on and on.... it's not closed... RPD is only one piece of the puzzle..., City of Raleigh needs to take action
