NCS 047 El Dorado camper. They're back. Old camper associated with several squatters littering. These people were tagged a couple weeks ago, now they're back parking this junk on the street, taking up scarce parking. All they do is move around the corner for a few days then push this garbage back into the same place. Can anything be done about this? Parking is difficult here and these people are trouble for the neighborhood.
