The catch basin is completely filled with debris. This needs to be cleaned on a regular basis because debris is washed all the way from the top of Anita street down to the Blvd and it fills up quickly.

Last time I looked this had not been fixed. In fact, it is now filled with wood chips on top of the other dirt and debris from the tree work that was recently done.
