House is vacant for more than 8 years, this is no power or gas or water attached to this house and holes at the roof line with rats. Reported the excessive weeds, grass, bushes, and overgrown bushes on sidewalk that makes walking impossible across from Treadwell School and since this side of Treadwell doesn't have sidewalks, the children MUST walk in the street unless they want insects on their body. Please make arrangements to have the house torn down. I would provide more than one picture, but you don't provide that option.
