How this is "blocking the sidewalk" when in the picture it's easy to see where on the sidewalk people can pass easily? I'm just curious.

Per Technical Services: spoke with business owner about proper permitting for signs in the ROW - they will be coming into DPW to initiate that process.

Can this be closed since TS has spoken with owner?
