Description

If you are trying to turn left onto Centerville Turnpike from Northbound Kempsville Rd, you have a VERY extended wait because southbound Kempsville Rd traffic is given a very extended green light, even when there is no traffic heading south on Kempsville. You shouldn't have to wait this long to make the left off Northbound KV road onto Centerville.
