That is unacceptable! They also had a dog prior to that one which was put down because of attacking 3 other dogs resulting in harm to people as well. My dog was one of the dogs that got attacked!! I am outraged to even know they still own a dog!! What's worse is Animal Control let it get out of hand even after incidents were reported.

The authorities seem to side on those causing harm; never stepping up to do something. Maybe a token drive by in a police cruiser is about it. "Just keep calling the police line" is the default answer to issues we have in our neighborhood...

Well they know someone in animal control. So when I call it's kinda strange than you don't see the dog. I believe they are notified and than when animal control comes the dog is inside and animal control says we didn't see the dog. They shouldn't own animals, the other dog and this one out in all kinds of weather extreme heat and cold, no shelter, all is not right. More people need to complain and not stop. MSPCA in Boston needs to be contacted again they are the ones that got involved with their other dog.

Not to mention they have a parrot that squawks from early morning when they put him out and he isn't taken in till after dark and I mean like 10 pm at night

Well I believe they know someone at animal control. Every time we make a complaint the dog stays in, so when they come and check dog isnt outside... Dog has no shelter, hard tell if he has water, they shouldnt even own a dog. The other dog bite and attacked, they shouldnt have animals, who lets their dog bark non stop out doors and who lets their animals stay out in the freezing cold... Its so funny animal control said they would come out today and than just like that no dog outside, whenever I call the dog isnt put out... So report goes we were out and no sign of dog being out.

My dog almost died from their prior dog. When my Vet and I contacted Animal Control they told me I needed to go to the police and do what's called a "dangerous hearing". Living alone I didn't want to in fear of retaliation. There is something seriously wrong with Framingham Animal Control to expect a resident to do so when they have had 4 complaints about dog attacks. I had to sue the homeowner to get my money for vet expenses. I'm sorry to say, but Animal Control is useless!

Totally agree animal control is useless. When we reported numerous times before on other dog, woman from Animal Control, said to me and by the way the school bus in the yard is registered, the bus that's filled with junk. I said, I never said a word about the bus, my concern is the dogs..... Quite clear she is friends with them.

Being advised to call the police directly is not pushing the problem out, it is trying to get officers that are nearby to check on the situation while it is happening. Animal control has limited hours and may not be working the time that you call.
Your issue has been sent to Animal Control and the Shift Commanders.

We have spoke to the neighbors, we have been through this with prior dog and current dog they have. Even before Animal Control comes and dog is inside, whenever someone reports ..... kinda funny how I havent seen dog since report, but prior dog never stops yelping.....

Even today no dog or bird outside again..... They shouldnt have animals. So, why when report is donr dog is inside...

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA "Attempted to talk to the neighbors" !!!! Is that a joke??? My dog almost DIED!!! Of course we have spoke to them. A lot of good you "authorities" are doing to help. We shouldn't have to address these issues over and over. Will the Police step in if a child gets bit? Really this is outrageous!!!!

We would Never suggest anyone taking matters into their own hands, and potentially escalating the problem. There are mixed comments, reading above that the dog is inside and no noise? or the dog is in and crying. Either case, we will speak with Animal Control on ways to address the issue. They are held to State Guidelines and laws as to what they can do with animal issues.
You can additionally call the police station and report the "Noise Complaint" and have that documented creating a history of issues on this address.
The more documented information provided, the more authority Animal Control will have to address the owners.

As you can see Cynthia they closed the case.... Police can really do nothing and my question is why do we have animal control than. Okay, as Im writing they are taking dog out on deck again, no shelter from sun..... dog should be given to a home where he can be cared for properly...

My complaint is dog yelps and barks all day OUTSIDE!!!!!!! But, when complaint is made to Animal Control, all of sudden no barking and you don't see dog.

Noise complaint/disturbance for police isn't until after 11 PM.

Frustrating, cause when I do make complaints about neighbor, I'm made out to be the bad guy. Even a woman from Animal Control, brought up to me that bus was registered..... not talking about bus lady, this is about the animals. I could care less about the neighbors business. The DOG is my only concern, hot sunny weather all day in sun and freezing in the winter no shelter. Something is wrong with dog barking nonstop for that long. Maybe they should be left on hot deck all day.

I saw that it was closed. You hit the nail on the head mentioning "they shouldn't be pet owners". Their old dog was put down for biting 4 dogs and a person. Sorry to say, but the owners should be put down. That's not a threat by any means just makes me angry. It's the owners fault not the dog. Trust me you are not the "bad guy". I was absolutely terrified when the prior dog ambushed us in the dark. I stopped walking by the house, but it's pretty pathetic I can't walk the street in fear of another vicious incident. Like I mentioned before I had to sue them for Vet bills. I personally think it's time for all of us to sign a petition and bring this up at a town meeting. We are going in circles and our voices aren't being heard even we do call the police and or animal control. UGH

Petition sounds like a good idea. No one should have to be in fear in our Town.

The issue is not closed. I have sent the comments to Animal Control and will be meeting with Shift Commanders for a Patrol response as well.
