Why hasn't this been addressed....seriously 6 days later, Whats the excuse?

NOTHING DONE! same problem, same exact situation. mosquitoes everywhere. was outside with neighbors and all were bitten each about 10 times in 5 minutes standing in the FRONT on the street. A health hazard that has continued ALL SUMMER long and now beginning into AUTUMN. Really, this site does nothing except have 'verified official' make a comment and close cases.

As per Inspector Lipari, a Notice of Violation (NOV) will be issued to this property for high weeds. The property was inspected on 9/6/17. If the owner does not comply within ten business days of the NOV date, the property will be placed on a maintenance list to be cleaned by the JCDPW. If this is a City owned property, the property is placed on a maintenance list as well. Please note that this list is extensive and the property in question will be cleaned in the order that the complaint was received. As per Inspector Lipari, two summonses were issued on 8/15/17. If this problem has not been abated, please re-open this complaint. Thank you for your cooperation.

Absolutely NO change. Everything is exactly as photographed earlier with MORE debris around the front. The two summonses issued over a month ago have had entirely NO effect. Actually the front area has trash cans on their sides in addition to the problem photographed.

As per Inspector Lipari, the property owner was contacted about the above mentioned violations. A Notice of Violation was still sent to the property owner. The owner agrees to abate the issues by the end of the week. If it is not, the inspector will continue to issue summonses.
