That tree was removed some time ago and was nothing special.

I think the tree was removed about 6-8 weeks ago after the house was sold. See attached Pictures from Zillow, it might help to identify the type of tree.

This was a Carrotwood Tree which is an invasive plant species in Florida. If the tree was an Oak it was not a Grand. No permit is necessary when the home is owner occupied.
