It seems like no matter how many times this gets reported, NOTHING CHANGES. The green cycle for NB/SB MVC at 13400 south is unnecessarily long. The bulk of traffic in that area is traveling West on 13400 south. But the light seems to favor the mountain view corridor, causing traffic to back up for quite a ways on 13400 south.

Yep. It's getting worse.

I think the fact thay there are so many duplicates, tells the story. Perhaps if some action woild take place, there wouldn't be so many duplicates. Same thing is happening with reports of road debris.
