In most Towns and Cities you can't park a commercial vehicle in a residential zone. If all there is..is what I see in the photo it is not that obnoxious IMO.
If there is more and really annoying...it is a Zoning Dept. issue.....

This issue was first reported 8/31/2017. I though any vehicle on a city street had to be moved/driven every 24-48 hours. Because I live in the neighborhood and walk a loop that takes me that way every day, I am happy to report the white truck has been in the same spot for the last 7 WEEKS. No matter what time of day you go by, it is always there. Most days, during the day it is the ONLY vehicle parked there. So please tell me how this is NOT an abandoned vehicle.

For the last two weeks, there is now NO license plate on the vehicle. But it's still not ticketed or towed. ?????

Based on communication with the Police Department, vehicle was towed on 10/24/17. Issue is now closed

I find it interesting that the vehicle was reported as towed on 10/24/2017. I live at 3000 Madison Avenue condo Association, and I can tell you that vehicle was parked in the same spot in front of building 2980 from the end of September until YESTERDAY 02/20/2018 when someone spent an hour trying to jump the battery. They finally got it going and moved it. ANYONE who lives in that neighborhood can tell you how long it was there. I have beautiful pictures of snow falling on Christmas morning on Madison ave with the white truck in FULL VIEW. Anyway, it's finally gone after 5 months. Lets hope it stays that way.

Truck came right back on 02/20/2018 and had NOT MOVED ONE INCH since that day.
