There is a commercial vehicle that has been parking on Cadloni Lane near the Sundance appartment building for over a week near Redwood Street during the night & early morning & all day on Labor Day. Is it illegal for that vehicle to be parked on residential city street ?

Male at 5528 Bordeaux Count is parking 2 covered cars in front of my and neighbors houses and not at the property he is living in. This is blight that is devaluing my property.
